Greenhouse plumbing (Omit) is my go-to company. Prices are fixed as per the book. I have been a regular customer with these guys for a bit. One of my latest episodes was when I had a "mystery" leak, during which greenhouse quickly detected the source (ended up to be an appliance), and provided me advice on how to work with 1-800-water-damage.

What a delight to deal with this business. Please ask for Dave. If I could give them more stars I would. My grand baby put something down the toilet and flushed it, needless to say I had to have a professional come out and remove it. Luck was not on our side and we had to purchase a brand new toilet. Amazon delivered one in a few days and Dave installed it within a few hrs. Since we had a bet going we needed to find out what it was. Dave promised to smash the toilet it was stuck in the s shape of it and bring me the item the next day. I won it was a toy car
