Best plumbing came to our house 3 times to fix the same problem and did not fix. Charging $500 each time they came. Once they left a few days later the pipe was backed up again. It would be better for
them to say we don't know and can't fix then to keep coming back and not actually resolve the problem.

Great experience! They sent someone right away, (which anyone whose tried to schedule recently knows there's usually a wait time. Plumbers are BUSY people.) He was very prompt and super nice to talk with, even discussing a second issue on the property while patiently letting the tenant finish getting ready for work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you to their excellent team!

I bought a Instant Hot under the sink water tank and faucet from Best, Mountain Plumbing Little Gourmet hot water dispenser. When it started leaking from the faucet I called Best about it. The system had a 2 year warranty on it that was getting close to its end. Best's solution was to have the manufacturer send me a part and for me to fix it myself. I was reluctant, but finally did take on the task. When I put the part into the faucet and turned on the water the tank itself began leaking water. Now the warranty is expired, and even if it hadn't, who knows if I would not have somehow been blamed
