Larry was absolutely fantastic. He not only monitored a problem we were having, but didn't leave until the problem was solved and didn't over charge us at all. He was very fair in pricing and was patient explaining the problem. we will definitely only go to Larry now when we have any issues. We are so grateful!

Larry was excellent for our drain issue and I'll absolutely rely on him and Just Drains in the future when something comes up. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the home plumbing, and came prepared with all the possible tools. He diagnosed the problem by asking lots of questions and then doing small fixes and tests first, to make sure that we did the easiest / least expensive things first. He fixed the issue (backed up sink in the basement) and told me to call back if the issue repeats, rather than trying to upsell me now.
