We've built our customer base almost exclusively on references and word-of-mouth, one project at a time. COMPANY FOUNDER ~ Andy Kaptein was born in the Rochester area and is now residing in Webster. His father was a Rochester contractor since 1955 and still works part-time today, into his 80+ years.
The Kaptein family tradition will most assuredly live on in that Andy, along with many in his family continue to work actively in a variety of building, construction & general contracting trades. Andy himself was on his first job at the age of 6 years old, and spent every summer vacation, since the age of 14, working on job sites learning the trade.

Andy is also the President of Andrew Kaptein LLC. He started it mostly for accounting purposes as he owns and is property manager for multiple rental properties. Although he doesn't usually get involved in general maintenance for other peoples properties, if you need someone with great credentials and experience to handle a roofing, siding, sunroom or new addition, don't hesitate to contact him for a free quote.
