Always used you, love your store , but you are gonna continue to loose business if everyone is treated the way we were on the phone the person, who was a woman ,sounded like she didn't care at all ,and people spend their hard earned money on what they order from you and should be treated better then that.disapointed customer!

Call to inquire about having a simple fireplace maintenance done. Only response I got was " we won't be able to get to any of that type of work till next month" obviously in a hurry to get on to more profitable work that was the feeling anyway. Went with a competitor of theirs and the job was done and exceeded our expectations only 3 days later

My wife and I walked in one morning and saw an older gentleman sitting behind a counter, talking to a young couple. They were both masked. He was not. While the couple continued looking at display model, he made no attempt to help us. A young woman walked in and saw that we were not being helped so tried to answer our questions. She was unable to so gave us brochures. She also was unmasked. My wife and I are recovering from covid so it is alarming to see local business owners who don't care about the health of their customers, especially at a time when local hospitals are maxed out with covid patients

From the moment we set foot in the showroom, until we turned on our new Vermont Castings gas stove, for the first time, our experience was wonderful. We are especially pleased with the installation crew. They took extra time, effort, and even sent in reinforcements to overcome unique installation challenges. The install went as scheduled and was very much to our liking. I highly recommend Marcell's!

I called and left a detailed voicemail. I received no call back. I went into the store later that day and found two employees sitting around talking. I approached them and they never offered to help me. I then asked if they work here. They laughed and said, well yea. The employees were not friendly and didnt have the common courtesy to help me with my questions. They treated me as an inconvenience, rather than a costumer.
