I wish there scheduling was as efficient as their billing department. We put a wood stove in our new house and I dont think anyone at snowbelt was ever on the same page. We had it done in two stages. The chimney was the first stage after initial install I came out to build site to inspect. Chimney was dented not plumb and every piece was going in a different direction. To be fair eventually they got it right and fixed all the issues. The next step was our stove and hearth pad. We had to wait a long time for the hearth pad which is no big deal I understand with everything goin on in the world

These guys came out and actually fixed our gas fireplace. The local company we had come 3 times kept telling us nothing was wrong and to keep hitting reset. We will not be giving them anymore of our business. From now on, we will call Snowbelt!

We purchased a fire place insert, after the order and when the product came in it was very hard to get on their schedule, we had to call a couple of times because a lot of time had passed since the fireplace came in. The people that installed were very nice and efficient. They took there measurements to have a cover plate made to fill the gapes from new to existing. (Standard procedure). When they reopened after covid-19. It was so hard to get on the schedule for them to finish the job. (Dont know how they got so busy when they had told us they were not open). They said they would call back

Snowbelt is AWESOME! I have never seen a company do so much to assist a customer. We had issues with a new fireplace (only related to the fireplace itself, and not how it was installed) and one of the top guys at the company actually came out to our house and spent over an hour lighting a fire with me and working with me to address the issue. Snowbelt did everything to address the problem with the fireplace. We are very happy with their efforts in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend Snowbelt to anyone. The customer service is unparallelled. You will get what you are looking for at this

Excellent customer service. Had them do annual maintenance on my fireplace, even though it is not their brand, the service guy John, came in, laid out his stuff and went to work. Took out the "rocks" and the "logs" vac'd up everything, put it all back together , so well and so fast. Great job!
