Carolyn has always gone out of her way to help me with my many pool water issues. We also got our pool liner and pool cover from Laurel Pools and they were reasonably priced and professionally installed.

Caroline is extremely rude. They always change us more then what they say. Rarely get any calls back after several messages. Still have not replaced the salt generator piece that was under warranty and its been since last summer.
