We will file the claim with you by calling the "Claim number" together so that we may help you answer any questions the insurance company may have. Adjuster will write up an estimated amount of what it will cost to make repairs, which we will work off of and negotiate the scope of repairs needed to be added as we go.

We start by protecting your home with tarping and decking so we don't cause damage to your windows, screens, doors, siding, ac units, pools, landscaping and more. Call us before or after your roof is replaced and we will take a look at both your roofing system and current estimates if you have already gotten them, and tell you exactly what they are missing for your roof needs.
Storm Damage

We start by walking the perimeter of the property to check for collateral damages that may have occurred during the storm. We will then compile our photos and create a detailed report of our findings to send to your insurance carrier and assist the insurance adjuster on their inspection. We will inspect your attic to insure your home is properly insulated according to city code and manufacturer specifications.
Restoration
Report
We make sure you get the best work possible, if the entire room needs to be painted to match, we will work to get that approved. If the drywall is soft there is a chance we will have to replace the drywall vs. spraying Kills (to kill any bacteria/ mold growth). If your wood floors are damaged we will work hard to make sure you can never see the difference after repairs.
