We were so tired of getting a sales pitch every time we had our units serviced. So happy that we found Walter. He is so easy to work with and provides exceptional service. I highly recommend him and his company.

I connected with Walter around 7pm last night when we realized our upstairs AC unit wasnt working. He was here today at 8am and had us back up and running in short order (no emergency change or anything like that). We will definitely refer others to Walter and use him in the future for sure!

We contacted Walter after another company gave us a quote that was far too expensive (the other company was trying to take advantage of us). Walter was great! He gave us an honest quote with different options. We ended up going with a new unit. The work was both very reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleanly done and they were very respectful of our home and our time.
I don't know what to say other than I would refer them to anyone I could! I am extremely happy with my experience and I know that they try to provide the same level to every customer. Highly recommend

The AC coil in my furnace froze up and considering that my hvac system was over 15 years old, it made sense to have a new system installed. Walter gave me pricing on a few options and managed to get me scheduled quickly for an install within a few days. Walter is a great guy and he has a really good team. They updated my thermostat and installed a new furnace and ac unit in about 7 hours. I highly recommend Local Mechanical for your hvac needs!
