This company was highly recommended by the general manager of our 170-unit apartment complex. Over the last five years, three of their technicians have come to our apartment to repair our central air conditioning system. They were all excellent. Given the configuration, there is not a lot of space in which to repair the A/C components. Nevertheless, they've managed to do it. They're conscientious, creative problem solvers.

They are quick to respond but kept adding charges to my quote and changing stories each time I talked to them. Then they made it sound I was one making things up. After me deciding not to use them on the principal of them jacking up the price over $200 of what I originally quoted (and paying a $310 Service call fee) I decided to go elsewhere. I had my unit repaired for under $500. Diversified quoted me $1088 (on top of the $310 Service fee). Chalk it up to experience. I will be more vigilant in the future and NOT go with the company that can get to me the quickest!

Had a small project of moving a gas exhaust duct a while back. The technician came out and said he would feel bad about charging me to do something so simple. He gave me some simple instructions and I was able to do it after he left. A while later I had an issue with my furnace so I asked him to come out again. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable, got my system up and gave me some great tips for maintaining it for the future. If you are looking for a reliable and competent HVAC service, this is it! I will never use anyone else. Top notch!

Technician was on time, polite, and quickly went to work replacing the motor on the outside coil. Not happy with the undisclosed billing charges, Fuel charge of $14.00 and Travel Charge of $52.50
