I recently had a furnace fire that caused smoke damage in my home! Lauren Wilson and her team came in and removed the contents. Amazing staff! During my pack out and pack back, each person was professional, clean, and communicated so well. Lindsey, Evan, Nivaall of them! Kind and personal, never left any mess behind, answered each question I had, and helped with everything asked. Christina and Anthony on the office end were equally excellent! I can't say enough about DRYmedic and their services. We had a sewer pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom, which caused extensive issue in the bathroom and in the basement. It was a long process but the level of professionalism exhibited by this company is incomparable. Specifically, Michael who was our project manager, never made us feel uneasy… whenever there was an issue with a repair, he made sure we were satisfied, dealt with issues with our insurance company, all around I just can't say enough. I had a roof leak which ruined my hard wood floors. My contractor sent out DRYmedic to pack and store all the items in my living room and dining room. Dan and Kyle were the two gentlemen that came to my house and pack everything up and then after the floors were finished they brought back my items. They did an excellent job packing everything. … They were very careful with my things, wrapped and packed everything very securely. They were just as careful unpacking. This was the best experience from a terrible situation. My beautiful basement (billiard room, movie theater, etc) was flooded in January due to a busted pipe in the ceiling. UGH!
