Where do I even begin to express how awesome this team is! We were out of town on a family vacation and neighbor checked on our basement after a bad storm to find our basement with 2inch of rain water. Let me start with, thank you! We had Alex, Sam, Jamon, Juliana, and Alejandro out to clean a sewage back up in a crawl space. They were awesome! They kept the work area very clean the entire time. (Not an easy thing to do when your dealing with sewage) They answered all of my questions and made a very stressful situation much easier for us to deal with. Everyone was very polite and respectful. In Feb. 2018 I had a drain pipe break in the wall of my kitchen which cause water damage to my kitchen cabinets, flooring, and finished basement. I called 1-800-Water-Damage and Dan Glenn came the same day to assess the damage. He explained the entire process of what cleanup and restoration would entail, the chemicals that would be used to treat for mold, and the work methods and equipment the crews would use for the job.

He put up a temporary zip wall to my basement and protective barriers over the floors and carpeted stairs they would be walking on.
