Annex Marketplace

Annex Marketplace has been serving the greater Wilmington, Delaware area since 2013 as a family-owned estate liquidation business specializing in Mid-Century Modern and Danish Modern antiques. Our 6,500-square-foot design showroom showcases curated inventory acquired through direct buyouts, with full upfront payments made at time of pickup. We maintain complete ownership of all items in our collection and operate with a professional team of movers and packers to handle projects of any scale. Our business model eliminates consignment arrangements in favor of direct transactions, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the buying process. We serve a diverse clientele including interior designers, set designers, and private collectors, with global shipping capabilities for both standard and time-sensitive deliveries.

Our inventory constantly rotates with new acquisitions added daily, reflecting our commitment to offering unique and high-quality pieces. As a licensed and insured operation, we provide free estimates and on-site evaluations by appointment while maintaining full compliance with professional standards. Our expertise extends to handling specialty designer pieces from renowned creators like Adrian Pearsall and Hans Wegner. We prioritize careful packaging and prompt delivery, as evidenced by numerous customer testimonials praising our condition preservation and service reliability. Our transition from the former 'Resettlers' identity reflects continued evolution while maintaining core values of quality and customer satisfaction.
