We used Rogers several times and were previously satisfied however last week they sent Sam out to our home to fix an exhaust fan in our bathroom, he asked me to google how to fix this, I called Rogers asked to speak with a manager or owner Peggy said she was the manager, I explained everything that happened she asked me to email her the exhaust fan that I have, I did she responded that she received it, it has now been 9 days and she never bothered to call me back or email me. I do not recommend you use this company. I waited 9 days before writing this to see if she called but so far nothing

Johnny Eaton was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain and had had us up and running in no time at all! They were able to get to us in quickly and our heater is completely fixed! I definitely recommend them!!!
