Josh helped us get our system back up and running. Its an Auric system and had stopped reporting. We were frustrated because Auric left Oregon and they werent responding to our requests for help. Josh at DPI was AMAZING! He was so helpful! He walked us through, step by step, to do what we needed to do to so he could accurately identify the problem. Once identified, he found the replacement parts for us and instructed us how to remove defective parts and install new parts. All done over the phone so we didnt have to incur charges for a service call. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and
