Great shop to buy the best brand in the hot tub world. We love Jacuzzi brand and Brent at this store was helpful and answered all our questions. Even when I went home and had more questions in an email. If you are looking for a spa the wait is a lot shorter than 6 months ago.

My rating for David Cole, sales associate who handle our purchase. Although swim spa from Jacuzzi is super fun and great, we had a minor issue that I could not explain on the phone. Dave came to my home on his day off and quickly fixed it. Since you spend a lot of money, you want to buy from someone committed for customer service like Dave. If you are interested in Jacuzzi, you should ask for Dave.

Notice how there are no bad reviews?
Ordered a spa in July...was suppose to be delivered in September...to date (December)...no spa. Keep getting the excuse that it's not ready. Hummm depending on who answers the phone I get a different answer. Also, had to pay 1/2 down...so they have thousands of my dollars...I have no spa.

Be patient or buy a jacuzzi until the covid pandemic is completely over. I myself was also out of patience... But they did delivered and made it all goid. It took almost 1 year to get mine. At first, Andy provided excellent customer service. I ordered my spa on October 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. I was assured by Andy that my spa would arrive in early March. The date kept getting later and later for estimated arrival, it got delivered October 23rd. A few days short of a year. Ordered a jacuzzi spa from aqua paradise earlier this year. Was fully aware that there would be a lengthy wait for the spa to arrive. In the interim during the waiting period we had a change in course and elected to not take delivery as planned. We worked with the Aqua paradise management team and together we worked out a solution. The team showed flexibility in working with us in a mutually beneficial fashion.

DO NOT BUY A SPA FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS THEY ARE THE WORST FOR MANY REASONS. They have horrible customer service and they lie to get you to buy their spas. We went in to buy a spa in May 2021. They were very nice during sales process (a total scam) just to get you to buy a spa. They promised us that we would have are spa by July 4, 2021. They showed us their supposed company paperwork that the spa was on a truck on the way to San Diego and we would have it in June. We paid over $38,000 for our spa based on their promises. We then hired a contractor on a rush basis to get ready
