We are sooo grateful for Zier Pools! We used them for our COVID backyard remodel and couldn't be happier with results. Beautiful quality products and workmanship. Jay Zier was an excellent communicator - available via text and phone calls throughout project. All deliverables achieved on time (project even finished a week earlier than expected)! Highly recommend!

Zier pools was one of three bids we got, and while it was the most expensive of the three, it had the clearest vision. It was also the only one stop shop that would do our pool, and our concrete decking. We have been working with Matt at Zier Pools since January, and the pool is now complete, with only some side projects left to complete. Working with Matt has been a breeze, lots of communication and realistic estimates of timelines and costs. He has been super flexible about making changes throughout the process, and has made some brilliant design suggestions that we would have never thought of

We bought a brand new house in Escondido and wanted to build a pool. We met with Matt B. with Zier Pools after consulting with a few other pool companies to design our pool. Clearly we hadn't a clue about what a pool would cost, but Matt worked with our budget and steered us in the right direction! In short order we went from totally deflated to elated! We went back and forth with design concepts for about 2 weeks before settling on something that we truly loved. The cool part about the design process is that he sat down with us and did real-time edits to the 3D CAD design. You can tell that

Matt Bagby was such a caring, patient, professional, knowledgeable contractor. From the very beginning he took the time to explain the process, answered a million questions and concerns, and created an amazing oasis for our family that was amazing on paper, but spectacular once it was done. If you're looking for someone who is going to commit to you with his time, talent, professionalism, care and concern then you must call Matt Bagby, hands down the best in this field. Pool decisions is a huge investment and it is not a process that you should rush, you need someone who is honest, gives your
