Russ is wonderful. He is a miracle worker. I had recently done a large renovation and my fireplace got really beat up. The fireplace wasnt working at the end of the renovation. He diagnosed what was wrong and he painted the fireplace to look brand new! He did an amazing job!!! He is so clean in his process as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an expert job done.

Our fireplace stopped working and after some research, I found Fireplace Pros. I couldn't be happier with the work the Russ did for us. He was professional and super friendly. He not only replaced the two parts that had gone out, but cleaned every part and the walls and the glass, making them all look brand new. I can't recommend Russ enough. I would not recommend in a million years. We had to install an electric insert into our old wood burning fireplace after it fell into disrepair prior to purchasing the home. We anxiously waited over a month for the day wed get the insert installed. Disappointing and unsafe is the least I can say. The glass and metal of the insert are full of scratches. The entire unit flops forward like a fish out of water. All it takes is a little touch and the entire unit and cheap fingerprint loving matte metal faceplate fall OUT. We have a very small child and a pet. This is NOT OK. Safety is our number
