Exceptional service and very reasonable prices! Our in-wall Heatilator gas fireplace (nearly 20 years old) would not light. Brian & Ethan had a solution for every challenge, and in little more than an hour had our system like new!

We had them replace our old worn out fireplace and replaced it with a nice modern unit. They did a excellent job from helping me pick out the right unit for our needs and installation. The 2 gentleman who showed up to install were really nice and did great work.

We have had GREAT interactions with Advantage Fireplace. We really like the honesty and upfront attitude of Kevin and his son Brian. Kevin came out and quickly diagnosed problems with 2 our our inserts, quickly fixed them, explained the problem and solution and charged us a very fair price. We won't go anywhere else.

If I could give them less than a star I would. The owner came out to measure inside and outside for a gas fireplace, explained what had to be done, then said I'd have an estimate in a week or less. That was over a month ago and I never heard back from him. Not a phone call, email, text or anything. This guy couldn't spell reliable or dependable if you spotted him the vowels. So if you want to be lied to and blown off, then he's your man. But if you want a fireplace, you're better off rubbing two sticks together. There's absolutely no advantage to Advantage Fireplace.

I scheduled an appointment to come out the beginning of July to get measurements for a fireplace we wanted to add to our home. It is now October, and although I have emailed them on numerous occasions, they still cant get back to me with any type of ball park quote. I was confident, based on reviews, that this place would do amazing work. But I cant judge the work if they wont do the work. Do yourself a favor, and dont bother contacting. Its a waste of time.

I highly recommend advantage fireplace. They were able to fix our fireplace and researched until they could get the part when 2 other places in town were not able to. They have honest service and were reasonably priced. They came out 2 times for free to assure that they could help us. It was a great experience dealing with them and I can only highly recommend their service. Thank you advantage you are awesome
