I contacted the company for the first time and they were very prompt in getting back to me. We spoke on the phone and the owner clearly explained their policy and price structure. He also gave me some advice as to try to fix thee we issue on my own first, and then to call him if I couldn't. I thought that was very impressive and could potentially save me some money. That's great business practice and smart because I definitely will call them with any future issues.

Central OC pools has been great for maintaining my pool, originally installed in 1995. Their communication is always consistent, pricing for services has been reasonable, and really i couldn't be happier. If you have a pool that needs any sort of maintenance, definitely contact them!

If you are looking for a pool company that is Top Notch you must call this company! I have been dealing with Michael and he represents what REAL Customer Service is all about. This company is dependable, thorough, efficient and you can rest assured that any job they take on will be done correctly.
