I would highly recommend Chimney Sweep Specialist for their customer service. While they did not actually clean my chimney, they saved me a lot of time and money by explaining to me why my chimney was no longer safe to be used without a rebuild and gave me good alternatives. I will definitely use them in the future if I go ahead with any chimney repairs. Also, they were very communicative about rescheduling due to snowy weather.

Positive:Quality,Responsiveness
These guys were really responsive and was able to get me scheduled in within two weeks during an extremely busy season. The sweeper was quick and very neat in performing his work. He also took time in explaining what we could do to better service our stove/chute in the future.
