UPDATE: to three stars after finally receiving a call from Mr Chimney. They ordered a part and will have it installed when it gets here. Trying times with supply chain being backed up so they're busy and everything's back ordered. To be updated when the fireplace is finally repaired.

ORIGINAL: A guy from Mr Chimney came promptly to check out my gas fireplace on a Monday. The fireplace was basically stuck on ignition, and the fire wouldn't light. Two weeks later I haven't gotten a single update on what needs to be done to repair my fireplace. I follow-uped with Mr Chimney myself

My technician was Robert and he was so wonderful to work with. Very respectful and professional gentleman. After fixing my gas fireplace, he thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed everything. Then he showed me how to operate the fireplace since it was my first time owning one. I'm super pregnant so easily forgetful, but Robert didn't mind going over the steps not twice but three times... My only minor complaint would be the cost for replacement part (like a 1 foot pipe) was a little pricy. Other than that, I highly recommend Mister Chimney/ Nova Fireplaces, and thank you, Robert! Jeremy came to our place and did excellent work inspecting and cleaning the two chimneys we have. He worked fast and thorough, explained in detail what he found and gave a quote to fix it. We will likely do what he recommended.
