We've had this service for 3 years and would highly recommend them. They contact us bi-annually with reminders of our summer (AC) and winter (Heating) inspections.
Today, Blake arrived right on time to service our heater. He got right to work. Each time I checked in with him, he provided an update on what he was finding. Fortunately each report was positive and our system checked out perfectly. He changed the filter. I told him about what we thought might be some baby critters (field mice?) might have been in our crawl space based on some chirping/squealing noises. He volunteer to go down

Aaron is the best technician to ever exist! I didn't even know where my air filter was, but he was kind and helped me out. He was timely and knowledgeable. TSS is great and I will definitely call them if I need more AC maintenance.
