The best in Houston. On the 1st day, they came on time; Zachs team was very professional. They worked hard, quickly, and were super clean. The hole is made, and I could still use the backyard. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the design phase with Gary, to the build with Cisco to Debbie's none stop wealth of knowledge and help with selections to Zach the owner, closing it out at pool school! If you're in the market for a pool or patio cover, shop no further, I've found your builder!

We had a wonderful experience designing and building our pool with Backyard Luxuries! They were extremely responsive to our initial request for a consultation - arriving the next day to give us an idea of cost and timing. They were very transparent with us as we went through the process of design with Gary and then kept us in the loop with every step of construction as we started working with Cisco the Project Manager. Zack, the owner has an amazing team and stepped in whenever needed to answer questions or provide guidance. The whole experience was enjoyable for us and fun to watch everything

Can't say enough great things about the Backyard Luxuries family and team - they helped us completely transform our existing patio and backyard space and we look forward to enjoying it for decades to come! Their design experience and expertise helped us hone our vision into something beautiful, but also affordable for what we were looking to do. They were responsive and always treated us with care and respect. When infrequent challenges arose, which are inevitable during any construction process, they always had ideas and options to help us move forward within budget. In addition to the patio and

Zach made a unilateral decision to change the agreed upon design of the project. The patio slopes towards the house and when it rains, water pools at our foundation. He refuses to take any responsibility for this issue (redo the concrete pour or refund our money). Im not sure what happened to my first review but its no longer available here so Im posting another one.
RESPONSE to the message below (from Zach):
I can assure you that my husband never called this problem an aesthetic issue. In fact, this is a term you made up to minimize the situation in a feeble attempt to blame us
