Will never use because they drive horrible in the neighborhood. How can we use this company if they drive fast, excessive acceleration around multiple parked cars and corners in the neighborhood. No respect for pedestrians. Happened today in Briargrove park.

Something happened with the group. I don't know if the owner sold the biz or retired but they are terrible now. They don't come - even when u follow up - and they don't fix the problem that they are supposed to fix (although they are happy to charge each time). Too bad because they used to be really good and dependable.

Pool depot handles weekly cleaning and chemicals as well as other as needed pool maintenance. Pool looks great through a whole year now. They do a great job and are very responsive and transparent with what they recommend to gain our approval before doing more than routine work.

Slow response time and excuses for poor quality. Our pool water has been green for ages. Weve used them for a few years and quality and response has decreased only in the past year, so hopefully this is a temporary situation. However, we just chose to let them go and hire a new service.

The pool depot does a great job! I have an old pool and Jason makes sure that it looks sparkly new every time he comes. Todays Saturday and he comes on Tuesday and it still looks very clean. Thanks Jason and The Pool Depot!
