Mold Testing
Our comprehensive mold testing identifies toxic and non-toxic mold species through air and surface sampling. Using specialized equipment, we analyze spore concentrations and moisture sources to determine remediation needs. Clients receive detailed lab reports comparing indoor and outdoor mold levels, with clear recommendations for addressing contamination.
Indoor Air Quality Testing
We conduct thorough indoor air quality evaluations measuring pollutants like VOCs, allergens, and combustion gases. Our technicians collect samples from multiple locations, analyzing them in accredited labs to identify health risks. Results include actionable solutions for improving ventilation and reducing contaminant levels in residential and commercial spaces.
VOC Testing
Our VOC testing detects volatile organic compounds from household products and building materials. Using active and passive sampling methods, we identify specific chemical sources and concentrations. Reports provide exposure risk assessments and mitigation strategies to reduce health impacts from formaldehyde, benzene, and other harmful compounds.
Fentanyl Testing
We offer professional fentanyl residue testing for vehicles and properties using surface wipes and air sampling. Our certified technicians safely collect samples to detect trace amounts of this potent opioid. Results help property owners and law enforcement determine contamination levels and necessary decontamination procedures for safety.
Meth Residue Testing
Our meth testing services identify residual contamination from manufacturing or use through advanced sampling techniques. We analyze surfaces and air quality to detect invisible residues that pose health risks. Comprehensive reports guide remediation efforts for landlords, homeowners, and commercial property managers seeking to restore safe environments.

Unfortunately I've had an unsatisfactory customer experience. I'd inquired online about mold testing/inspection on Friday, 6/26 and received a quick call from Carl. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I expressed to him that my condo in Pasadena recently had water damage and the affected areas are hallway ceiling and HVAC closet. He quoted me $299 plus $75 for an air quality test and any additional tests, and I could expect the result from the lab the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I agreed and he had Keenan come out to do the testing (only my mom was present at the time and said he did a good

The inspector was very friendly, Knowledgeable, Punctual, And had great prices!!! I was very satisfied with his level of experience. The inspector was able to explain his process and get someone like myself to with no knowledge on in door quality testing to understand exactly what he was looking for as what the results meant.
