I wish I would have read these reviews before calling them. They were referred by our home inspector. John came out to do the inspection. He talked on about Judy about everything but mold, which was or only concern. He barely used the moisture meter, held it up a few seconds twice. No infrared, which they are supposed to do. No air samples. Before he left he demanded I provide him with my medical records and allergy test results.

and incompetent. Terrible company. Go elsewhere.

Don't use these ppl. Used them for a mold inspection on a house I was buying. Check cashed the next day but getting the report took forever! Two weeks and still waiting...avoid

Hated this company. they almost killed a deal for me by making the house sound like it was a royal fixer infested in mold... it wasn't!! and then another deal the buyers ended up calling him and he again made the house sound like it was the worst deal on the block. not recommended.

Wow! Really bad guidance and experiences from John. He takes forever to respond, does work halfway, embarasses me in front of our HOA, the water issues are neverending.

Moisture & Mold Check is a fraudulent company and a scam.
Moisture & Mold Check does not follow the California department of Health, EPA, CDC and WHO guidelines even though they say they do. We had less then 10 square feet of mold. They then tested it saying it was potential toxic mold recommended professional remediation that would have cost thousands of dollars. I asked them to reinspect after I did the remediation my self and they did not give me a clearance. They don't have a valid process and always say get a professional remediation. Never use this company. They do
