Carpet Cleaning

Our professional carpet cleaning service uses advanced extraction methods and eco-friendly solutions to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains. Serving residential and commercial properties in Albuquerque, our IICRC-certified technicians handle plush and commercial-grade carpets with equal expertise. We offer routine maintenance and intensive restoration for fire, water, or pet-damaged carpets.

Air Duct Cleaning

Professional air duct cleaning improves indoor air quality by removing accumulated dust and contaminants. Our technicians clean up to six registers and one return per service, using HEPA-filtered equipment to protect HVAC systems. Recommended for allergy sufferers and homeowners in Albuquerque's arid climate, this service enhances system efficiency and extends equipment lifespan.

Pet Stain Removal

Specialized pet urine and stain removal targets odor-causing bacteria in carpets and padding. Our enzymatic cleaning process breaks down organic matter at the source, preventing re-soiling and discoloration. This service includes deep extraction and protective treatments to maintain freshness in homes with multiple pets or accident-prone areas.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

High-pressure tile and grout cleaning restores ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone surfaces using pH-balanced solutions. Our process removes soap scum, hard water deposits, and embedded dirt from grout lines, typically cleaning up to 200 sq ft per session. We apply sealants to prolong cleanliness and prevent future staining in high-traffic areas.

Emergency Flood Service

24/7 emergency flood response includes water extraction, structural drying, and mold prevention treatments. Our rapid response team arrives with industrial pumps and dehumidifiers to minimize property damage. This service prioritizes water mitigation for residential and commercial properties affected by plumbing failures, storms, or appliance malfunctions.

We had to have are carpets cleaned and they were available to help us right away. There pricing was good compared to other and their schedule was open to get us in. The employee showed upon time and was very polite and was able to describe everything that would be done. The couches look great and the carpets look even better
Thanks again.

T workers were very polite . The lead person was training his helper, but he needs to pay closer, attention to the training. The helper actually reinstalled several of the vents backward. Directlt the air to the wall insread of out into the room. . Two of the vents were actually swapped, which really, affected the direction of the cooled air...

Issacc was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Since my duct work was over straight shot and didn't go branching off they didn't try and take advantage and charge for the other vents. The bedroom carpet looks brand new! Thanks Xtreme clean.
