Rude. Doesn't know how to run his business. Technicians did a terrible job the first time and they had to come back out. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and use them again. My floors are still filthy. I will never do business with these people again. They will also call you and harass you and tell you they are turning you into the credit bureau when you don't even have an account with them.

I had two technicians to my house last week to clean my vents. I had noticed since we moved into this house a year ago that I wasnt breathing as well at night. After they had done the cleaning I walked around the house and realized they left quite a mess. Any area close to a vent was covered in dirt/dust. I called and spoke to the owner ( I presume) and he was willing to refund me for the time it took me to clean. I appreciated his willingness to leave me with a positive experience despite the issues I had. Ive noticed since theyve cleaned the vents that I am breathing much easier at night

Out of the many service companies you can call do not call this one they do not stand by there business nor their mediocre work much less their word . . To top it off when they finally do show up You would imagine there two man team could competently clean two-small rooms but they can't and when they promise you a scheduled return they act like this never happened and he wasn't the one we spoke to . Avoid this company Thomas sucks ! Frank had some customer service Thomas some how has amnesia except he is the only one who I have ever spoken to . We have used this company before and now
