I had been to 5 audiologists/hearing aid specialists before I found Charles McCabe, none of which were able to help very well. Before Charles McCabe, I had to tell the audiologists/hearing aid specialists how to make the adjustments and even then it did not turn out well. With Charles McCabe, he knew what I needed and how to make the adjustments before I asked and it always turned out very well. He is a true professional that knows his business better than anyone else that I have met before. He is never rushed and always treats each patient with the utmost courtesy.
