Our commercial fencing solutions enhance security and aesthetics for businesses, schools, and public facilities. We install durable chain link, ornamental, and privacy fencing that meets safety regulations while improving property value. Our systems protect sports fields, dog parks, and industrial sites while providing controlled access through automated gates.
Ornamental Fencing
Aluminum and steel ornamental fences combine security with visual appeal. Available in 36-96 heights with customizable colors and post designs, these maintenance-free fences resist rust and fading. Ideal for pool enclosures, front yards, and architectural accents requiring both strength and aesthetic value.
PVC Fencing
Low-maintenance PVC fences offer lasting durability in various styles including privacy, picket, and semi-private designs. Our premium vinyl contains UV inhibitors and impact modifiers for weather resistance. Available in white, tan, clay, and custom colors with lifetime warranties on material integrity.
Guide Rail Installation
We install safety barrier systems for highways, school zones, and industrial facilities. Our galvanized steel and timber guardrails meet federal safety standards, featuring W-beam, bolt-on, and drop-in configurations. These impact-absorbing systems prevent vehicle collisions with hazardous obstacles and protect pedestrian areas.
Wood Fencing
Custom pressure-treated and cedar wood fences provide traditional aesthetics with modern durability. Available in picket, shadowbox, and split rail designs up to 6 height. We had a great experience with Fence By Maintenance from start to finish. Dave worked with us, and his team installed 160 ft of black ornamental fencing around the back yard. As the fence was being installed, we made a last minute change to add a double wide gate, which he was able to accommodate. The guys even wiped down each section after completing the install. Everyone was easy to work with, helpful, and reliable. We were fortunate to have such quality service from FBM and would recommend highly.

This was our second time using Fence By Maintenance. Our first experience was installing 195 of 4 wood picket fencing. This time around we installed 450 of 4.5 black aluminum fencing. Both big and small jobs they were excellent from the quote phase all the way through completing installation. Dan and his crew did a great job of being sure all setbacks were honored and were very timely in completing the job. They provided great quality work. If you are looking to install any type of fence at a fair price with quality work, look no further!

Very happy with Fence by Maintenance Services' wood fencing installation. Dan Hartman is very helpful and responsive to every question and keeps you in the loop. Brian and Dave did a fantastic, professional job and even consulted with us on some creative solutions to the uneven terrain. The height transition at the corner turned out better than imagined. FMS has the best customer service, product, and by all means the best pricing! Highly recommend Fence by Maintenance Service.

I work for a general contractor for outdoor living spaces. FMS has completed several projects for us this season. From initial call, to on site consult, estimate, and installation, they have been excellent.
Professional. Responsive. They are there when they say they will be, and they knock it out of the park every time.
Looking forward to continuing to work with them next season. Thank you!

Fence By Maintenance did an excellent job with our residential, aluminum fence installation. Dan was excellent at keeping the communication going and also flexible when our project location changed....and did the install when promised (no delays). The installation crew were hard working nice guys who made sure that everything was installed as we wanted. Also, their quote was a good bit lower than a popular competitor. Definite thumbs up for these guys!

Fence by Maintenance was a great value and their workers were extremely professional. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I was able to see their work first hand before ordering services. They expedited my measurements and quote to get me on their calendar as soon as possible due to their busy schedule. Pricing was reasonable and there were no delays in service. At the time of installation of their crew was very professional, on time, and quick/efficient. The quality of fencing and workmanship was top-notch and they worked very clean. Besides the new fencing it was as if they were never
