Report
Harper fencing not only had horrible communication but did and absolutely horrid job installing our fence. The panels are separating, its not bolted correctly to the retaining wall, cement from posts are coming out of the ground. The gates dont line up correctly. They argued and spoke vulgarly to each other during the install. I am all for supporting local business but if you want to install a fence, I recommend anyone but Harper fencing. If I could have given them a 0 rating, I would.

Harper fencing finished my 6 foot privacy fence and it looks fantastic. I would hire him and recommend his services to anyone who needs a fence. Always responsive to my texts and his receptionist was always pleasant every time I spoke with her.
