Poor service! I scheduled an appointment to have my blinds checked. They charge $95 service call and give you a two hour window for arrival. They scheduled on a Saturday between 1-3. I drove to my rental unit and arrived at 12:30. I tried calling a couple times only to find that the office is closed on Saturday and there's no way to reach anyone. So I sat and waited until 4 o'clock, and no one showed up. As I locked up and left the unit and was driving home I receive a call at 4:19 PM from Dominic saying he needed to reschedule.

Rodell "The handsome Filipino installer" he told me to say that did a magnificent job! Helped me fix my motorized blinds quickly and efficiently after I tried to "YouTube" fix going badly! Team followed all cleanliness procedures, tip toed around my expensive Italian furniture

They will now have all my window business for life! Highly recommended and elite approved.

It was awesome working with them a few years ago. They are professional, courteous, and did a good job. They installed black out curtains for my office. Job was done smoothly and quick once we got it scheduled. They were able to work around our schedule so we didn't lose any work time when they installed the curtains. I am looking forward to using them for my apartment in the near future.
