Edit #2: I was finally issued a refund except it was only for 1/3 of what I paid. Do not do business with this company.
Edit: After some time my issue was taken care of. My order was completely smashed upon delivery. Which has not even been the biggest issue. I get it, things happen. My biggest issue has been customer service. Absolutely horrible. At first I was willing to work with them and get a replacement. I spoke with multiple people asking me the same questions and receiving no results. The last time I tried to call I was hung up on 4 times. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company

I worked with Nick and he was absolutely amazing in not only helping us to properly measure and order our custom shower door but with the installation directions as well. He spent a great deal of time with us and made himself available to all of our questions. Nick even took the time to send directions specific to our custom glass install. I would give him a 10 our of 10 for every aspect of service!!!! We are looking forward to ordering another custom shower door and wouldn't go any place else. I would have never been able to do this without him. Plus we saved almost $2,000 by using Fab Glass

We had ordered a new dining room buffet and when it was delivered I thought my 5 cats are going to scratch it up terribly. I didnt know what to do and then I thought why not have a piece of glass cut and put on it for protection. I searched on internet and found Fab Glass and mirror and I was very lucky I did. Not only did they have a piece of glass that size already I also had multiple different edges you could choose. Ordered the glass top and then worried I sure hope it arrives safely. I couldnt believe how well this piece of glass was package. Nothing short of a bomb hitting it would

Great quality and great price. I saved thousands over typical glass shop install. Nick walked me through the measuring process and my custom tiled showers (2 of them) both turned out spectacular. Very pleased and I highly recommend you ask for Nick.

I ordered a large custom cut Grey tinted glass piece from Fab Glass and it came exactly as described. Packaging was excellent. Workmanship is excellent and the customer service at Fab Glass prioritizes the customer to a very high degree. Definitely worth doing business with them again.

I ordered glass inserts for some cabinets. The order was shipped quickly. However, the glass was shattered upon receiving it. Fab Glass was responsive with the claim to resolve the situation and they did ship a replacement. The process to get Fab Glass the information they needed to process the replacement was a bit of a hassle. The replacement was received and in good condition. The cabinets now look great.
