Clean USA was very professional and understanding. I found them through Home Advisor, and an automatic text was sent to me the second I requested contact. I responded and said I was available for a call right then and Justin in the office called me within minutes. He was friendly (but not overly or fake) and was great about answering my questions. He scheduled someone to go to my house the next day to give me an estimate, but was kind enough to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone so I would have a rough idea. For cleaning my basement concrete floor after a drain backed up with possible sewage

Wonderful service. This is our second time using them. Justin and Jose were very professional. All carpet spots were treated and there was no sign of where the spot was after they were finished. Our couch and two recliners also looked like new. They took our area rug with them to clean off-site and delivered it back to me in a very short time. It looked fantastic.
