We have never paid to have carpets cleaned in 28 years. We always did our own work. We decided to have it done professionally and it was a great experience. They got out some old stains to the best of their ability, the carpet looks like brand new (cream color, so its a light carpet) smells amazing from the sanitizer. Couldnt be happier!! Highly recommend them. They even put up this tarp so that our heat didnt escape out the front door while the hoses were coming into the house.

I had our rugs cleaned yesterday in Elgin. Although I called other companies, Carpet Wiser accommodated my immediate need to schedule a date to get urine strains removed from our little dog. Carpet Wiser courteously sent text messages in advance of the appointment and followed up with a phone the day of the appointment. The job these 2 men did was phenomenal! From their courteous demeanor to their professional expertise they worked a HARD couple of hours and my worn out rugs looked NEW. The cost was very reasonable given the job done! I am very happy to give them a 5 star rating!!! GREAT JOB! I
