Cracks ---- Washington Contractors Board requires contractors to replace any concrete that cracks the width of a nickel or wider within four years. Concrete naturally cracks, which is why control joints are placed in the concrete. It gives the concrete a place to crack and not be so readily noticeable.

My wife and I selected Rooster Remodels to completely remodel our townhome, as you can see from the pictures on the Rooster web site we took the entire townhouse down to its studs moving walls, doors, closet's and completely reconfiguring the master bedroom, master bath and master closet. My wife and I enjoyed working with Kirk and his team and would hire them again for any additional work that we decide to do on our home.
