I had such a great experience with Mark and William from Trotter. They were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They programmed by car opener and helped set up my My Q app for me. This was a superior experience all the way around!

Outstanding workmanship. Honest, helpful, and willing to spend time getting the job well done. Not only did they fix the broken spring, the checked all parts of the garage door including the motor. They lubricated moving parts on the garage door. They went above and beyond! Would highly recommend this company. Used them for years.

Prompt Service. Technician came to house on a stuck door carrier. Asked me to try the door again and it worked. Explained to me that this happens sometimes. Greased the door carrier. No charge. Will definitely use Trotter again.

Excellent work at a fair price. I knew going in exactly what it was going to cost me, no hidden fees. We are extremely happy with our new garage door opener!
