The visit was very professional and all of my questions were answered to my understanding.

Echo Hearing should be very glad to have Etur as a representative of their organization. Etor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She did a good job of cleaning and servicing my hearing aids to restore them to previous levels. It was my first visit and I signed up for the annual care plan. I lost my Echo hearing aid on Sunday.

Our services do not end when the patient receives their instruments, that is only the beginning of their journey with us. We encourage our patients to return for follow-up appointments in the first few weeks of wearing their new instruments, and every few months to have them cleaned and checked to keep them in top working order.

Etor is a graduate from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Her vision is to help individuals overcome communication barriers. She developed a passion for assisting individuals from the hard of hearing and deaf communities as she grew up with a friend who was deaf.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Entour!!
I don’t like using the word hate, but I actually Hated my earring aids, that was until Entour adjusted them.
She put on a new end tip, they no longer tinkle my ears. She also programmed them to different settings, which make a lot of difference!!
I will be back in February, as long as Entour, will be there too!!

I lost my Echo hearing aid on Sunday. I called Ltor on Monday and told her what happened. Echo is not convenient for me, but I had an early appointment beyond it and decided to stop by on Tuesday. Ltor had a cancellation and was able to see me, examining and testing my hearing. An hour later I walked out with 2 new aids which were more comfortable and improved my hearing. I now feel as if my lost hearing aid was lucky. Great experience with expert, professional and friendly care.
