Central Heating & Air is the absolute best HVAC company in metro-Atlanta. My realtor recommended them, and I'm so grateful she did. Dakota, Reggie, and Fernando went above and beyond in addressing a challenge I was having in my home with high indoor humidity, despite another company having waterproofed my crawlspace and other steps taken. Instead of responding with a generic list of services they offer, like so many other companies, Dakota and his colleagues took on the issues with my house as if they were as invested as my family in solving the puzzle. I originally contacted Central Heating for the replacement of my AC unit at my house. My AC unit was diagnosed by some other company before and I was given a quotation for the replacement. I called Central on Tuesday and Dakota came out to give the quotation on Wednesday morning. After listening to what the problem with my unit was, Dakota suggested that I have the technician to check my AC unit before replacing it, because my AC unit might not need to be replaced based on his professional opinion. He was able to make an arrangement for Robert to come out and check the unit a few hours later. After

The team at Central recommended switching from two HVAC systems (upstairs/downstairs) to a single larger zoned system. The install team was very professional and the system has been awesome for the 5 years since we installed it. Recently, a part died on our compressor. Central sent out a tech next day, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part a few days later under warranty. While it took a few days to fix, Central went above and beyond and removed the needed part from a brand new compressor rather than waiting for the new part from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend to anyone that
