After working in the industry for 10 years Jeromey Naugle opened Premier Paradise, Inc. In 2009. He started the design/build firm with the ideology that every client deserves a custom tailored design that fits them and their lifestyle. After working for one of the biggest builders in Arizona he came to realize that the industry sees their clients as dollar signs not people.

Every concept for every client is completely unique and has never been designed before. We will not build the same WaterShape twice as no two clients are alike.
