My storage was broken into a lot was taken. No apologies. Went to check on my storage there was no lock . T. V's, computers, tools just to name a few things gone. I asked why my lock was gone. She tried to tell me I took it off. All he could say was oh it must of been broken into. Recommend this place HELL NO

I've had storage for 2 years with them no issues nice safe place to store my things. However there are some mice and spiders but that's expected I guess

Not automated. You have to pay by check or cash, in person. Who has time to go there every month? You put it in storage but you don't want to have to babysit it! Just set it up automatically! ...and everyone will be happy.
