I am a repeat customer using Western Glass. I had screens repaired before selling my old house. The work was done quickly and professionally. When I moved into my 35 yr old condo I found a few windows that were not functioning. Violet in the front office made sure the parts were ordered immediately. And when it came time to effect the repairs, it was done in a timely fashion. My old windows really need to be replaced but Western Glass did their best to fix the windows and make them function properly until I can afford to replace. I love these people! They are hard working, efficient, and are not

Western Glass was Great! We had our mirrors in our home start to darken on the edges and it was 4 years after installation but they still came out and replaced them

Amazing prices and service. I brought in a shattered vanity mirror that was delivered to me broken from wayfair. They cut a custom fit mirror for the vanity and charged me a very low price

Had this company order and install Milgard windows for us and it was overall a great experience. Took about a week for 15 windows and a sliding glass door. Some dust in the house, but nothing an hour of cleaning couldn't handle. The crew who installed it, I totally forget their names, were very polite and courteous. The foreman was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to work around us and give us quiet and space during calls, as we work from home due to Covid. They had the best price in town, and the fact Milgard comes with a lifetime warranty means they can't be beat. Would recommend

Bill, Shawn and Nate worked on our project. We needed to replace all the windows in our town home. They'd also worked with us on a project a few years ago on the same property. On both occasions, all involved were professional, considerate and ethical operators. In addition to these outstanding character traits, they back up their excellent products and guarantee the installation. I can't tell you how often I was ready to pay the final bill and I was told not until my satisfaction was complete would my payment be necessary.
