Services
Rooftop Solar Systems
Our rooftop solar systems transform commercial properties into energy-generating assets. By utilizing existing roof space, businesses can achieve significant cost savings while reducing carbon footprint. Systems are custom-designed to maximize energy production based on site-specific factors like roof orientation, shading, and structural capacity. Clients benefit from predictable energy costs and eligibility for federal and state incentives.
Energy Storage Solutions
Battery energy storage systems optimize solar energy usage by storing excess power for peak demand periods. This technology reduces utility charges while enhancing grid reliability. Our solutions include system design, financing options, and integration with existing solar infrastructure. Commercial clients benefit from demand charge management and backup power capabilities during outages.
EV Charging Stations
We implement EV charging infrastructure for commercial properties, leveraging state incentives like MassEVIP. Our solutions include site assessment, system design, and grant application assistance. Businesses enhance property value while meeting sustainability goals through strategically placed charging stations that attract customers and support fleet electrification.
Operations & Maintenance
Our comprehensive O&M services ensure maximum system performance through preventive maintenance and real-time monitoring. The 24/7 network operations center identifies issues proactively while our technicians provide corrective maintenance. Services include performance reporting, incentive management, and utility billing support for both Solect-installed and third-party systems.
Public Sector Solar Projects
We specialize in solar solutions for government and nonprofit organizations, including schools and public facilities. Our team navigates public procurement processes and secures grants like the Green School Works Program. I called them on Tuesday for quote on a Solar install. The nice lady promised me an email by the end of the day, and a phone call back on Wednesday. Now its Thursday and some sales guy calls me from another company saying they referred me to them or such. The basics for doing business is not make promises you aren't going to keep, and to follow through. They seem to have not learned the basics of business yet.
