Cyndee brings with her over 40+ years of experience in real estate development as well as home building. She continues to move the company forward with the same philosophy and culture that established Dave R. Williams Homes as THE luxury home builder in Prosper and Celina. A life-long resident of the Frisco/Prosper area of Collin County, Gary joined Dave R. Williams Homes in 2004 as a Construction Manager.

Today's Builder Television show is an award-winning marketing program featuring home builders. They are nationally recognized as the Gold Standard in their field. In 2018, Dave R. Williams Homes was hand picked by Today's Builder to "tell our story" on national television. We were incredibly excited to participate in this venture!

We are pleased to announce that we have won the prestigious Best Builders Award from D Magazine once again for 2021!. This is the sixth year in a row that we have won the award, having first received it in 2016. Our past award include a two-time winner of Prosper's Builder of the Year by Gary Castleberry.

We just had our dream home built by Dave R. Williams Homes. We were referred by a friend who suggested we inquire if they would be a good fit for us. After seeing the model in Prosper and looking at the quality workmanship, we were blown away. Gary Castleberry and Eldon Carter were absolutely amazing, and to say a pleasure to work with would be a gross understatement!
