The installation went very smooth and I attribute that to the professional installer Chris Singleton who performed the delivery and install. Initially I was frustrated with Solid Surface because I has been waiting for months for the install because of their initial lead time. That was understandable with the delays created by the pandemic this past year. However when my date became close I was excited to hear I was the first delivery and install of the day. That excitement ended when two days later their install scheduler notified me that I went from first in the morning to the last delivery of

Extremely happy with my new countertops! Shane was very helpful and guided me through all the options and helped me choose the right granite countertop for my project. Chris Singleton came to do the installation and he was courteous and professional and did a great job. When he was done, he cleaned up and left my kitchen cleaned and free of debris. Before leaving he went over the details of the install with me. Definitely recommend this company; everyone I worked with from beginning to end has been great and profesional, and the final product was amazing.

Due to COVID-19 it was a long wait, but the finish product was spectacular and worth the wait. The Install Team, Chris Singleton was very professional and tidy. Took time to explain the care of countertop. Although my house is old and the walls were not straight (really bad) he was able to put the countertop back splash on where you were not able to tell. SUPERB installation!!! Love it!

Chris Singleton and his partner were extremely nice, friendly, and did a wonderful job on our countertops. This may be the best customer experience we've ever had with any installers in any capacity (and even other installers within the Solid Surfaces team were great), that's how good and professional he was. Our countertops were fixed and look amazing.
Chris and his partner were also extremely friendly to our dog and children (which was an added bonus-- definitely not needed, but appreciated) and bought a glass of lemonade from my son's stand as he left. We told him we could not accept the money

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Chris Singleton and his partners work on installing granite countertops in our home. They were punctual, personable, and professional to the highest degree. Chris made sure we were happy with the product and the install. The countertops look amazing and I felt like a valued customer and not just another stop in their day. I could not recommend them enough!
