The inspiration for Sound Choice was the heart of an audiology clinic with a store face catering to walk-in patients with busy schedules. Some audiology clinics simply sell hearing aids and some have doctors, but Sound Choice has both. Unlike a membership warehouse we have three doctors of audiology on staff as well as an experienced and knowledgeable licensed hearing instrument dispenser on site.

Sound Choice is the best!! I have used them for a couple years but was really impressed on a recent visit. My hearing aids were not pairing correctly with my iPhone after I purchased a new phone. This compatibility issue had perplexed many users and a message board thought the problem was not solveable. However, Dr. Jessica Voigt connected directly with a Resound technician, patiently spent time going through diagnostics, and was able to solve the unsolvable problem. I didn't have to buy new hearing aids to go with my new phone. Thanks Sound Choice!!

I have had a number of audiologists in Alaska. First in Fairbanks and now in Anchorage. The staff at the Sound Choice (and Northern Hearing) are the best.
I have a somewhat complicated situation with hearing loss that began when I was in my 20s. Jessica Voight of Sound Choice was the first audiologist I encountered that was not simply trying to sell me "devices." She helped me understand what my situation was and where it will eventually lead.
I could go on, but my only advice is don't settle for less, and do get tested (at Sound Choice) if you or your loved ones have noticed
