After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University Drew attained his real estate license, which he still holds today. In 2000 he got his first house under contract. Prior to the funding of the loan many of the walls had already be knocked down by the eager builder to be! "I would look at a wall and say 'why did they do it this way or what were they thinking' then tear it out and re-do it."
