We will provide 2-3 meetings, perform site measurements, create existing drawings, and generate some preliminary concepts. We perform a thorough Zoning Analysis that will answer all of these questions. Before beginning any design, the analysis will determine all of the unique zoning regulations that pertain to your building site.
New Homes

New homes, also called custom homes or new construction are ground-up new construction designed around your lifestyle. Typically these houses are built on vacant land. They may also replace an old house. We believe in holistic design; great architecture is more than plopping four walls and a roof on an empty lot.

If this is the type of project you are considering, make sure you have an architect on-board from the beginning. We've fixed many houses where additions or renovations have gone wrong.
