Greg and Melissa Stanton wanted to turn a very outdated farmhouse in Avon, New York into their long term family home. The home was in rough shape when they purchased it, but the family fell in love with the location (just a mile away from downtown Avon), the character of the home, and the charm of the 3.5 acre property with a large barn.

What started as a modest home renovation project 20 years ago has grown into a company that has redesigned and built hundreds of homes in Rochester, New York. My brother and I observed the lack of communication and attention to detail that existed with traditional construction companies. We knew there was a better way.
